Most Webcams are USB 1.1, but they run on a USB Host Controller 2.0. So, 
it wont help to just connect to a USB 2.0 Host Controller. You have to 
make sure that nothing else is connected to the USB Host Controller 
where your webcam is connected -> the webcam gets the whole bandwidth.
