Hi,

I am using Ubuntu and Xubuntu in my company. I choose Xubuntu because 
desktop computers were old and not so powerful. I was reluctant as I 
knew Ubuntu for years. But this is OK. Install was OK.

What I don't like : you cannot drag an icon from the menu to put on the 
Desktop, or on the top panel, but on this other hand, creating a 
launcher on the Desktop is quite easy. Just a detail.

For the rest, this looks OK. I still like gnome more than Xfce but I did 
not have choice, Anyway, they are ex-Windows users using it now, and 
they look satisfied.

As this is not linked to the desktop, I think that following the classic 
LAMP installation should be no problem. I did not do it on Xubuntu by 
the way.
