Cange the hard disk partition in ubuntu 8.4

I am in Ubuntu 8.4 for the last 3 weeks and have a windows vista partition also, now I want a change and put just 20 gigas to vista and 160 to ubuntu, also have the grub start how I make the changes and thanks
