Encoding Codecs for soundKonverter

I need encoder codecs for sounKonverter, an audio file converter and CD 
ripper for KDE.  I am wondering where I can find any that will work with 
Kubuntu 8.04 LTS.  Need them for all of soundKonverter's supported 
formats.  The default version repos only works with .wav and .ogg formats.

Can anyone direct me to where I can find these?
