GUI animation speeds?

Open up gconf-editor & search for animation. You'll find the key
apps|panel|toplevels|panel_0|animation_speed - settings are slow,
medium, fast. Same for panel_1. Also
/apps/panel/toplevels/top_panel_screen0/hide_delay
