HELP !!! No more task-bare and menu bare

The first (preventive) help was make a backup of ALL your /home/you/.xxx 
dirs and files. Otherwise as I said in my previous post uninstall 
Evolution and all pieces of software around it, then you will have to 
re-install gnome-panel who re-install evolution too, why,I don't know... 
Then creates a new user, login on the account and after copy all the 
/home/new_account/.xxxx dirs and files on your home dir don't forget to 
set the right owner and group on these files "chown -R uid:gid *" on 
your home dir, and then login on your own account.
