HELP !!! No more task-bare and menu bare

I am having the same problems with Ubuntu and Kubuntu.

but Xubuntu runs fine.

I am installing ubuntu using wubi and my motherboard is intel 845GVSR.

Please help.

Are there any system administrators to help us???
