Very true.  It's not a magic bullet.  I've had occasions where memtest86 
runs fine, but the system still crashes because the memory works fine 
under normal conditions, but under heavy load it fails.  That's why I 
disagreed with the stress testing post earlier.  No test is perfect, but 
a combination of tests can usually find the problem.
