ssh unlock private key on hardy

Everytime I run ssh I get a pop asking me to unlock a private key.

If I just close the popup without entering anything, then ssh goes ahead and
opens
the connection.

I had similar problems with Gutsy and somebody told me a magic incantation
to eliminate the popups.  It was a change to some configuration file
somewhere,
but I don't remember the details.
