Q: "fuse-tools" and "sudo easy_install --upgrade libgmail"

I'm following tutorial for GmailFS
http://www.jbip.net/content/how-free-encrypted-online-storage-ubuntu

This is necessary command for some installation.
sudo apt-get install gmailfs encfs fuse-tools python-setuptools

And I got message that there is no "fuse-tools"

is the name changed?
What's proper package name?

When I tired this command
sudo easy_install --upgrade libgmail

I got "ImportError: No module named ClientCookie"
