Hi.  A week ago I installed both Win2K and WinXP in Virtualbox on Ubuntu 
8.04.  What sort of problem are you having when you say that you can't 
load WinXP as a guest?  Were you able to install it?  Or are unable to 
start it after the install?

Also, when responding to an entire digest, could you trim out the text 
of the non-relevent posts please?
