Problems installing. No ISO, WUBI not working

I expect the iso file _is_ downloaded correctly, but he has some RAR handler
incorrectly set up to handle it.  Simply pointing your CD burner to the
file and selecting "burn image" should solve that.

True that CD should always be in front, but I generally suggest USB
_shouldn't_ - if you boot with a USB storage device connected, and it isn't
actually bootable, most systems hang.
