Problems installing. No ISO, WUBI not working

I'm assuming when he said "disk" was the first boot option he meant 
Floppy Disk, then came CD-ROM, USB and hard drive which really shouldn't 
matter.  But, you never know with some BIOSes so he should try changing 
it to CD, Disk, USB, HD and see what happens.  His BIOS may be finicky 
that way.  It wouldn't be the first time I've seen bizarre quirks on a 
BIOS like that.
