Problems installing. No ISO, WUBI not working

Also, keep in mind that the ISO file you download is a compressed 
version of the IMAGE.  You need to
use a ISO to IMAGE burner program to make the installation IMAGE disk.  
Don't waste time trying to make a ISO disk.
