Bootin 4 OS'es?

Install XP first - the others can all be booted from Grub which should
detect each existing operating system and add it to the primary
selection menu.
Install the O/S with your favourite bootloader last - I can't speak
for the BSD falvours never having used them since the early 90's but
Ubuntu should have no issues picking up the exisiting distros and
configuring Grub to boot them automatically.
Basically, if you can boot 2 separate Operating systems, you can boot
many (The most I've ever seen was someone who'd installed 120+
flavours of *nix)
