Stan,

As Steve stated.  XP first.  I use XP because I have to, but, I view XP
as malware.  Where I have a choice, I use a variety of Linux flavors and
they all seem to play well with each other.  FreeDOS being the
exception.  I am not sure why that is, as it is a Linux variant, I
believe.

120+ flavours???  Good Lord!  How to keep track of that many.  But it is
nice to know that the upper limits are way more than I have a desire
for.
