How to synchro Kontact ?

Hello,

I'm looking to synchronize Kontact data (especially Kalendar and Contacts) 
between my two home computers.
I tried Kitchensync but seems cannot obtain anything except a useless group 
creation as from there I'm unable to add member or whatever.

Any howto or tutorial about synchro between two Kontacts ?
Is KitchenSync the most updated or adapted tools to synchro ?
