NNTP accelerator?

port 563 is the standard IANA port for NTTPS (NTTP over SSL). So what
happens if you tell your newsreader to use NTTPS ? 

IF it still doesn't work, ask the ISP for the technical details to
make it work, if they won't tell you, take your business to a more
enlightened ISP.
