I can't believe your ISP is changing the results. Actually I don't see 
those adverts either. For me the first 20 results are for the original 
OpenOffice.org site, journals, forums etc. - none of them wants to have 
money for download links.

I could imagine at least two reasons for different results for different 
people:

1. With your browser you tell Google which language(s) you prefer for the 
results. If your preferred language is Swedish Google may send other 
adverts than it would if you had English as your preferred language.

2. The adverts Karl sees might be targeted for American queries only. From 
your IP address Google knows that you are in Sweden and doesn't send 
those adverts.
