Ray,
you first has to make it executable:
chmod 755 RealPlayer11GOLD.bin
then start it by going into the directory and tyPe:
/.RealPlayer11GOLD.bin
(of course mostly type /.ReaTAB(=the Tabkey) to start the installation.
