Update failure

Has anyone experienced this failure with todays updates? System is
Hardy, kernel is 2.6.24-16-386, Gnome 2.22.1.

Result of sudo apt-get dist-upgrade is as follows:

Gnome update-manager also returned the same failure code.
Any help appreciated.
