problem with vmware

Hi,
I have installed vmware successfully.  when I ran the command vmware I am getting connection refused error:

my /tmp/vmware-root/ui-20937.log is as follows:

When I restarted the system, I did not get that error, now again I am facing the problem even though I restart.
