questions on dual monitors

Well, it appears that the "nv" driver doesn't support more than "one screen 
per GPU", and thus trying to coax xorg.conf into some config where "cloned" 
screens exist (eg dual monitors/external monitor/second monitir) ain't gonna 
work.

Yes I did try the "nvidia" driver made available at www.nvidia.com, but even 
with a "single screen/single monitor" config in xorg.conf, it barfs on my 
system. I've filed a bug report to linux-bugs at nvidia.com.

I'll report back results down the road.

Hi Jeff,

The nv driver only supports one screen per GPU.  If you're having trouble with
the nvidia driver, please generate a bug report and send it, along with a
description of the problem, to linux-bugs at nvidia.com.
