preseed disk setup

in breezy days, and I think dapper too, I could setup a preseed file that would 
partition the whole disk, no questions asked.  now it keeps prompting me for 
which disk and other questions.

here are my current partman settings :

d-i partman-auto/disk string /dev/sda

d-i partman-auto/choose_recipe \
        select All files in one partition (recommended for new users)

# This makes partman automatically partition without confirmation.
d-i partman/confirm_write_new_label boolean true
d-i partman/choose_partition \
        select Finish partitioning and write changes to disk
d-i partman/confirm boolean true

These options have been changed a bit each version, so the example file and 
reality may have gotten out of sync.  I just don't know what correct looks like, 
so I can't really file a bug report yet.
