Laptop Reccomendation

quick clarification..

my C610s came with little < 60mb 4200 rpm drives (otherwise they were as 
stated) and I purchased 7200rpm drives separately for them (from newegg.com).

also, the only sore-thumb PITA thing that doesn't yet work on ubuntu on them 
is the external monitor. Am researching fixing that. doesn't work on my D820 
either.
