Appreciate your advice against BT mice in general, but I already own 
this, love it for travel, and it looks great.  Since it works under Win 
XP and OS X, I ought to be able to make it work with Ubuntu.  And I 
don't mind the power consumption.

How can I confirm that Ubuntu is causing BT power-save so often, even 
when I'm in the middle of mouse use?

How can I change the setting so it doesn't happen?
