That may be something only the official Logitech driver provides.
Unfortunately I don't know more about the details of the actual Windows
driver for this.
Some BT mice know how to operate in non BT mode if they are not properly
paired with a BT host before. So maybe if you cancel the pairing you
will be in pure proprietary wireless mode and not use the BT mode...
