Command-line wise, everything is the same.

The Kubuntu "equivalent" of Synaptic is called Adept and is installed by
default with kubuntu-desktop (or from a Kubuntu CD/DVD install).

A lot of Kubuntu folk prefer Synaptic though, so we just add it if we
don't have ubuntu-desktop installed already. :)

	$ sudo apt-get install synaptic.

*This one is a year old, but after I reviewed it, I didn't see anything
that would be different for Kubuntu 6.10 or 7.04.
