I'm not sure what happened on my end, but everything updated just fine.
I have the vmware-server-kernel-modules package installed and it
upgraded me to the vmware-server-kernel-modules-2.6.20.16 package, which
corresponds with the latest kernel.
Now if I could just figure out how to get vmware-tools working.
But that's another story.
