VMware Server : recently stopped working on Feisty

I that might have been part of my problem : despite applying all due
updates, the meta package vmware-server-kernel-module was STILL wanting
to install 2.6.20-15 (not 16 !) modules, despite -16 modules WERE
indeed available in the repo !

The weirdest thing is that although vmware server now dared resuming
normal operation so to speak, it STILL depends on -15 modules as I
write this, yet I promise you that the running kernel on my machine as
we speak, is indeed -16 not -15 !

It is just... weird.
