Sansa MP3 player does not mount

Hello all,

My new Sansa player does not mount correctly/automatically in Ubuntu.
The automatic mounting facilities in ubuntu don't seem to be figuring
it out properly. After connection a dialog pops up saying "Cannot
mount volume, Invalid mount option when attempting to mount the volume
'Sansa e260'"

the process does create an entry in the left side of nautilus for the
player called "Sansa e260' but I get the same error msg as above when
I try to access it.

I can mount it manually using a mount command with the fs set as vfat.
However this is clunky, creates duplicate entries in nautilus and I
still haven't got all the various settings right to make it all
seamless.

here's the dmesg dump: (it comes up as with 2 partitions bec of the
microSD slot in the device... I think)

It thinks it's a CD-ROM?? perhaps the empty microSD slot is confusing
the system?? My manual vfat mount works on sd1 in this case.

Cheers,
