What's happened to the, "System," menu in Feisty?

If it's anything like KDE then I hate it.

Actually also MS Windows you can set to extend the Control Panel as a
menu. Then it's very similar (completely simillar) to Dapper/Edgy in
that a menu extends showing all the individual control panels.
