Will UbuntuStudio be really different from Ubuntu?

My take on this is that UbuntuStudio is simply a preconfigured version Ubuntu, using everything that is available in the normal distribution so it is really not "different" than Ubuntu.  https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuStudioPreparation gives you some idea of the additional packages added to make it a "studio" version.
