This is a bad idea and will not work as you seem to think. The Feisty
stuff will uncontrollably update the Edgy stuff and this will lead to
severe breakage with nearly 100% certainty. Whether you put the Feisty
repos "near" the Edgy repos or far away from them has no effect
whatsoever.
I'd say that if you want to track Feisty then upgrade to Feisty and be
prepared to fix stuff manually frequently and assume that the machine
might be non-functional at times. Have a Live CD handy and either have
good Debian/Ubuntu knowledge or be willing to learn and have another
machine with which you can access the net.
If you insist on mixing Edgy and Feisty then you must use apt-pinning to
have control over what comes from Edgy and what comes from Feisty. Read
