I'm looking at setting up a number of systems with recovery
partitions. Basically similar to what you get with the current lap
tops, allowing the user to press a hot key at boot up and boot into a
hidden partition which will allow the user to restore the system to
its original state.
I'm hoping to use linux on the hidden partition I anticipate using an
ISO image of the primary partition which will most probably be a
Windows XP operating system as it was installed and configured in the
shop before it goes out to the clients.
Has anyone had any experience in doing something similar?
Any help much appreciated.
