Sync e-mail with windows and linux

I had the same problem.  My solution was to either:

	A) Find an ISP that does.
	B) Get an email-only account with a service offering IMAP (quite a few
of these are out there - a few
		of which are free).
	C) Switch my webhosting account to one that offers IMAP email
	D) Set up my own IMAP server here at home.

After reading through various tutorials I came across I concluded that
it was more trouble than it was worth (to me).

Therefore I opt for option "C" (listed above).  Option "B" was my 2nd
choice.
