I'm gonna make an estimate of maybe 5-10% of Turkish users have
broadband (in turkey). it is too damn expensive, and it is not
available in most places. moreover, the expensive cost doesn't justify
to buy broadband because the infrastsuture sucks "real time"... hence,
your regular turkish user in turkey is connected using a winmodem
(unless s/he bought a hardmodem consciously).

it's honestly hard to believe that. no offense, but what about rural
china or cities not so "popular"?
