Why does the Epiphany browser in Dapper default to searching google.co.uk?

I suspect that the default .co.uk is because Ubuntu is nominally based
in Britain. It may be possible to have it default based on your
language setting, if city isn't an option?

Time zones won't work. In Europe, Asia, Africa and SA you've got a
plethora of countries in the same time zone, and, even in NA all three
countries share time zones.
