Why does the Epiphany browser in Dapper default to searching google.co.uk?

Hi,

I am wondering why the Epiphany search doesn't search using
google.com.  At the least, I'd expect the site to default to a search
server near my selected time zone. It could even be keyed off of the
city info.  Anyhow, as usual, I prefer to have user options available.
 Is this another setting that will remain unconfigurable for users?
