Such things are always a good idea but, why a txt file? I can't even wrap the lines to read it properly. I assume this is for your parishioners and volunteers in the office? Good on you, normaly I'd like to help you and comment on this but so far it's too much trouble even to read it. Can I suggest you try a basic html editor like nvu to do it? Let me know if you want a hand (best to email me direct to be sure I see it.)
