Good on you, normaly I'd like to help you and comment on this but so far it's too much trouble even to read it. Can I suggest you try a basic html editor like nvu to do it? Let me know if you want a hand (best to email me direct to be sure I see it.)

The poster could just rename the file with at rtf extension. Seems to 
open with wrapped lines okay in WordPad and Openoffice Writer.
