GPL compliance

Hello,

I'm looking at the Ubuntu LiveCD. Because the LiveCD doesn't come with
sources, under the GPL section 3(b) it must come with a written offer to
provide the sources for the cost of physically getting them to me. I
can't find this offer. Could someone please help me find it? I'd really
appreciate that.

The reason I'm looking for it is relevant to people like me who like to
hand out Ubuntu LiveCDs at conferences. If the Ubuntu LiveCD has the
offer for source code, then, under the GPL section 3(c) I can just
forward that offer, so I don't have to worry about the sources to be GPL
compliant.
