were you looking for pining packages then?
try
$sudo apt-get -t unstable install blabala
or:
$sudo apt-get install blabla=version
you might think of that too
$apt-get install apt-show-versions -u -b | grep unstable | cut -d
-f 1
Anyway.. if this is what you are looking for check the debian reference
for apt or check the apt howto for debian... It's by far the best doc of
apt...
