dapper custom keyboard shortcuts

That's strange.  I run dapper, and I have these gconf keys.  They even work --
that's how I start my browser.

I did not make a fresh installation of Ubuntu 6.06, but instead upgraded
with apt-get (incrementally, over the last couple of months).  I don't
know if that matters.

BTW /etc/gconf/schemas/metacity.schemas on my system mentions all the
run_command_X keys.

Sorry, no ideas come into my mind.  Perhaps try apt-get install
--reinstall metacity?
