Should KDE programs be shown in Ubuntu Gnome menu?

No, I don't. Running update-menus doesn't have any effect at all;
IOW: even after a re-login there's no "Debian" entry in the "Anwendungen"
menu and KDE programs (KNode) doesn't show up.
