Authors CANNOT do this. An author is an author and will always be
an author (reg. one work). He CANNOT sell *ALL* the rights. It's
simply not possible. And there's really no point in arguing this.
See what Mario wrote. See what Daniel wrote. This tells me, that
I'm not that far off by my understanding of the law.

No, he cannot. Not *ALL* the rights. Maybe some important ones, but
just not *all* the rights. Can't be done. As simple as this.

Sorry, but that's plain wrong. You seem to have a *VERY* wrong
understanding of Copyrightlaw. Maybe your understanding is correct
for some places in the world, but not the ones I care about.
