AMD Dual Core CPU's & HT Tech

With that list of stuff, I easily say dual core, mostly because the
vmware stuff.  HT is "ok" but it'll still get bogged down.  If you get
an "extreme editon" dual core, you'll even get HT on that and your
OSes will act as it it were a Quad CPU box ;)
