Quanta cervisia and khelpcenter in Gnome environment

Greetings all,
I have installed Quanta from the repositories included using synaptic.
Initially running Quanta led to a slew of unfulfilled modules, none of which
would stop Quanta, but which would be better installed. I returned to
synaptic, and downloaded them as suggested. All went well, but the cervisia
(cvsservice) module is repeatedly described as being missing.
1. Cervisia is available on the repositories
2. It is installed
3. But Quanta does not recognise it
a. How can I configure Quanta to see this module?
4. khelpcenter is needed to use the F1 help facility. It, likewise, is
available via synaptic, has been downloaded and installed, but does not
appear to be available.
b. How can I configure Quanta to find the khelpcenter module?
Is this, perhaps, because Quanta is designed for a KDE environment, and is
not fully responsive under Gnome?
Brian
