Solved this by unmounting the partition and running reiserfsck with the
--rebuild-sb option, followed by a regular check.
Turns out the gparted version in Ubuntu cannot move ReiserFS partitions,
and is apparently shaky when resizing.
So I downloaded the GParted Live CD, booted it and used to to resize and
move everything. Everything is fine now!
