dapper-proposed has never really been formally announced by us because
it's not really been heavily used yet.  In fact, looking at the
contents, it looks like openoffice.org (and some related packages) is
all we have in -proposed right now.  This may change down the road, as
we integrate it into our test workflow, at which point I'd expect us to
announce it in a few places.
